How long do pre-orders take?

Pre-orders usually take 3-6 weeks (without shipping) as opposed to products already in stock. Pre-orders are usually only for limited-edition products not yet in store with limited availability.

can I order a custom book box?

Yes, however, it will take longer than a book box already in stock.

What shipping options do we provide?

We ship using Royal Mail services. Different shipping options are available. For secure postage, we recommend you upgrade to tracked parcels, especially for international orders. We may upgrade certain orders to tracked postage if the order is large.

Does Bookscribe provide international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, shipping time will differ depending on the recipient country. Please see the Royal Mail shipping website for specific delivery schedules.
